As Business Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing client success by ensuring the firm’s operational backbone runs smoothly and efficiently. Through strategic use of tools like CCH software and firm management platforms, you’ll empower directors to better serve ultra-high-net-worth clients with complex financial needs. By proactively managing workflows, billing, and IT coordination, you’ll help maintain the high-touch, reliable service standard that defines the Acadia experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Utilize CCH software to analyze productivity and profitability, including creating reports for the leadership team
· Support tax and family office directors to help manage their teams by providing reporting and analysis
· Act as the primary point of contact for our external IT support provider, coordinating service requests and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
· Manage and support day-to-day use of firm management software, including client records, time tracking, invoicing, and project workflows
· Monitor and facilitate the billing process
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
· 2-5 years in operations or a related role.
· High agility to learn and implement technology.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally.
· Able to work with minimal guidance and think outside the box to find solutions, increase efficiencies and employ new technologies; has a continuous improvement mentality.
· Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office suite, including Power BI, is a plus
· Experience in a startup or small business environment is a plus.
· Has worked in a public accounting or other professional services environment, preferred.
· College degree preferred but will be waived if the candidate has applicable experience.
