Overview
We’re looking for a driven and organised Sales Operations Executive to join our Singapore sales team. You’ll support the end-to-end sales process, by managing data, coordinating communication and helping the team streamline operations to achieve targets.
Responsibilities
- Support sales pipeline management and maintain accurate CRM records
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations and client updates
- Coordinate between sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth processes
- Analyse sales data and compile performance reports
- Help with follow-ups, client scheduling and administrative support
Requirements
- Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to improving workflows
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite; CRM or sales tools experience preferred
- Interest in sales operations, data analysis and process optimisation
