Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and strategic Sales Operations Manager to support our expanding business across Asia. This role will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, improving operational efficiency, managing commission exception handling, and supporting light sales enablement initiatives. The position includes a dotted-line reporting relationship to our Global Sales Enablement & Operations team in Dallas, ensuring alignment with global standards, tools, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations
- Manage and optimize end-to-end sales processes to increase productivity and pipeline visibility.
- Oversee ATLAS (CRM) data quality, system usage, reporting accuracy, and alignment with global requirements.
- Develop and manage regional sales dashboards, forecasts, KPIs, and performance analytics.
- Support sales reps by leading preparation for quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and developing regional sales reporting.
- Facilitate territory planning, account segmentation, quota allocation, and capacity modeling.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements aligned with global best practices.
- Handle Asia commission calculation exception management, ensuring accurate documentation, resolution, and alignment with global compensation policies.
- Additional responsibilities as needed, including preparation / participation in monthly business reviews (MBRs) and pipeline calls
Sales Enablement (15 – 20%)
- Support rollout of global sales enablement programs, resources, and tools for the Asia sales teams.
- Coordinate onboarding for new sales hires in the region.
- Work with marketing and product teams to localize sales collateral, playbooks, and messaging.
- Assist in training and coaching initiatives on ATLAS (CRM) usage, sales methodologies, and productivity tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the regional bridge between Asia sales teams and Dallas HQ Sales Operations.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Product, Operations and HR to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
- Represent Asia in global sales ops initiatives, ensuring regional needs and insights are captured and communicated effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 5 - 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related functions.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce, Excel/Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Experience supporting or enabling sales teams in Asia; ability to work across diverse cultures and markets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including experience working with global teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
