Role Overview
The CFO will lead financial strategy, accounting, and governance across the group’s hospitality, F&B, and cloud kitchen ventures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with group expansion plans.
- Oversee accounting, cash flow, audits, and compliance across entities.
- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and performance MIS reports.
- Manage investor relations, due diligence, and fund-raising processes.
- Ensure cost efficiency, statutory compliance, and fiscal discipline.
- Advise leadership on capital structuring and growth investments.
Profile Requirements
- CA / MBA (Finance) with 12–15 years of experience in multi-unit or group-level finance roles.
- Experience managing hospitality or F&B financials is preferred.
- Proficiency in MIS, ERP, and financial analytics tools.
- Strong leadership and strategic financial planning skills.
