About the Role
A growth-stage SaaS company is hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst / Associate to support the GTM (Go-To-Market) team through data consistency, CRM management, and performance reporting.
This role ensures the accuracy of sales data, builds insightful dashboards, and supports automation efforts across Sales, Finance, and Marketing functions.
You’ll be a key member of the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team, helping drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making across the business.

What You’ll DriveFirst 90 Days
- Ensure cross-functional data consistency across Sales, RevOps, and Finance systems.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and data accuracy in HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Develop and automate weekly and monthly GTM dashboards using Google Sheets or Excel.
- Support the RevOps Manager in creating process documentation and SOPs.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance to track deals, incentives, and CPQ configurations.
First 180 Days
- Build scalable dashboards for pipeline, revenue, and forecast visibility.
- Optimize CRM workflows for smoother lead-to-cash handoffs.
- Assist in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with accurate and timely reporting.
Success Metrics / KPIs
- CRM Data Accuracy: ≥ 98%
- Reporting Timeliness: 100% on-time dashboard delivery
- Stakeholder Satisfaction: ≥ 90% (Sales, RevOps, Finance)
- Automation Impact: Reduction in manual reporting hours
Candidate Profile
Experience: 1.5–3 years in Sales / Revenue Operations, CRM, or Data Analytics within SaaS or B2B organizations.
Core Skills (Must-Have):
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or Salesforce CRMs.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Understanding of sales processes, forecasting, and deal tracking.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Marketing).
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with CPQ tools (DealHub preferred) or RevOps automation.
- Familiarity with SaaS or subscription-based business models.
Tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, DealHub, Google Sheets, Excel.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Analytics.
Language: English (fluent).
