Job Summary
The Senior Manager Finance Revenue & Operations Lead will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations, reporting for the company. This role involves leading a team of professionals & overseeing financial reporting, regulatory reporting, compliance, and MIS functions to ensure accurate and timely insights for decision-making and regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Control
- Review and finalize monthly loan book & revenue in compliance with Ind AS and RBI guidelines.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Managing Quarterly Statutory & Internal Audits
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting systems.
- Managing the requirements from lenders, shareholders & Due diligence process
- MIS & Business Intelligence
- Lead the Financial Revenue & loan Management function, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial and operational metrics.
- Develop dashboards and analytical reports for senior management.
- Ensuring various MIS & dashboards are prepared & published to the management on time.
- Compliance & Audit
- Ensure adherence to RBI regulations and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory, and internal audits and regulatory reporting
- Address audit observations and implement corrective actions.
- Regulatory reporting
- Supporting team to ensure timely submission of RBI returns and other regulatory filings.
- Process Improvement & Controls
- Strengthen internal financial controls and SOPs.
- Drive automation and digitization of finance processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-5 years of experience in NBFC or BFSI sector.
- Strong understanding of RBI regulations, and financial systems.
- Experience data analytics.
