Revenue Operations Manager
Clockworks Analytics helps the world’s largest organizations make their buildings smarter, more efficient, and more reliable. Our SaaS platform powers continuous commissioning and advanced fault detection and diagnostics (FDD) for complex facilities — from universities and hospitals to life-science campuses and data centers.
We’re growing quickly and looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help scale the commercial engine behind that growth.
The Role
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves building structure, clarity, and insight into how go-to-market teams operate. You’ll be the bridge between marketing, sales, customer success, and finance — making sure our systems, processes, and reporting are all aligned to drive predictable growth.
You’ll work directly with the Chief Commercial Officer and VP of Marketing, helping to tighten GTM alignment, improve data integrity, and establish reporting foundations that shape board-level decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Own the GTM Infrastructure
- Manage and evolve our tech stack — Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Apollo, and others.
- Partner with Finance and Salesforce consultants to keep CRM architecture, stages, and reporting aligned with our enterprise sales motion.
- Maintain clean data and ensure Salesforce remains the single source of truth for both forecasting and attribution.
Improve Pipeline and Forecasting Accuracy
- Build and maintain dashboards that show funnel performance, conversion rates, sales cycle metrics, and quota coverage/pipeline maturity vs. target.
- Partner with leadership to analyze historical performance and forecast accuracy, informing territory planning and resource allocation.
Deliver Insightful GTM Analytics
- Work closely with marketing to measure campaign ROI, lead quality, and funnel performance.
- Track rep productivity, quota coverage, and opportunity mix across the commercial team.
- Prepare reporting for board meetings with clear metrics around pipeline health, stage conversion, ARR predictability, and NRR performance.
Enable the Team
- Simplify access to data and dashboards that help sales, marketing, and success teams focus on what matters most.
About You
- 4–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy at a B2B SaaS company (enterprise or complex sales preferred).
- Deep Salesforce knowledge — architecture, automation, and reporting.
- Experience connecting marketing, sales, and success workflows in a CRM-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
- Excellent communicator who collaborates naturally across functions.
