1. Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Present and promote products or services to potential customers through meetings and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
2. Quotation Preparation Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send quotations to clients based on their requirements and product specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., production, finance) to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
- Follow up on sent quotations and adjust pricing or terms as needed based on client feedback or negotiations.
- Ensure all quotations comply with company policies and pricing strategies.
- Track and update the status of quotations and related negotiations in the CRM system.
- Provide timely responses to client inquiries regarding quotes.
3. Coordination Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the order processing and delivery.
- Manage client orders from initial request through to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Track inventory and manage stock levels to fulfil client orders on time.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with clients.
- Assist with planning and organizing sales events, product launches, and promotional activities.
4. eCommerce Management Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the company's presence on eCommerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Decathlon, FairPrice, etc.).
- Assist in updating product listings, pricing, and descriptions to reflect accurate and current information.
- Monitor online sales performance and optimize product positioning to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
- Implement online promotions, discounts, and special offers.
- Ensure prompt and accurate order fulfilment, tracking shipments, and handling any customer issues related to online orders.
- Analyze eCommerce data and provide reports on sales trends, customer behaviors, and website traffic.
- Manage reviews and feedback on eCommerce platforms to maintain a strong online reputation.
- Stay updated with the latest eCommerce trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve online sales performance.
5. Key Skills and Qualifications:
