Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Implementation
● Lead end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementation and customization efforts.
● Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce CPQ solutions.
● Design product bundles, pricing rules, discount structures, and approval workflows.
● Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align CPQ with business
processes.
Development & Configuration
● Configure Salesforce CPQ features including Product Configuration, Price Rules, Discount
Schedules, Quote Templates, and Approval Processes.
● Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, and
Flows as needed.
● Manage data model design related to Products, Quotes, Contracts, and Orders.
● Integrate CPQ with external systems such as ERP, Billing, and Payment Gateways.
Quality Assurance & Optimization
● Conduct thorough testing — unit, integration, and UAT — to ensure system reliability.
● Identify system bottlenecks and implement best practices for performance optimization.
● Maintain and upgrade existing CPQ configurations as per evolving business needs.
Collaboration & Communication
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Salesforce Admins, Developers,
Architects, and Business Analysts.
● Document technical solutions, configuration details, and system architecture.
● Provide ongoing support and user training for Salesforce CPQ and related functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 5+ years of Salesforce experience
● Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ configuration, customization, and deployment.
● Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flow.
● Deep understanding of Salesforce data model and integration capabilities.
● Experience with Quote-to-Cash, Billing, or Revenue Management processes.
● Proven ability to analyze business requirements and deliver high-quality technical
solutions.
● Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification preferred.
● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
● Experience with Salesforce Billing or Revenue Cloud.
● Familiarity with API integrations and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.).
● Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
● Exposure to Agile development methodology and DevOps tools (Git, Copado, etc.).
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
