About the Role
My client are seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their finance function through the next phase of growth and digital transformation. This is a key leadership position responsible for financial strategy, operational excellence, and system innovation particularly driving the implementation and integration of NetSuite ERP across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
- Oversee the end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Partner with executive leadership to drive commercial strategy and data-driven decision-making.
- Develop scalable financial processes and controls to support rapid growth.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or VP Finance in a growing business.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP including implementation, integration, and optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformation projects and streamline financial systems.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a commercial and strategic mindset.
