PROPERTY SALES OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
UP TO 80K BASIC, PLUS A STRONG COMMISSION STRUCTURE OFFICE BASED NOT REMOTE.

Our client is a leading multi serviced Property Investment company and Estate Agency. The company has been established for over twenty years and is one of the market leaders with a great reputation. They are hugely focused on staff development and are a dynamic and entrepreneurial business.
The business is now at the stage of growth where they would like to bring on a strategic thinking and commercially minded Operations Director to work closely with the MD on driving the business to achieve the planned future goals. This person needs to have Property experience ideally and be from a sales driven organisation, but also have the technical knowledge of building processes and efficiencies across a scaling business. Property management / facilities isn't the right background, it needs to be more commercial so property investments / acquisitions / sales exposure ideally
Main Responsibilities
· Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that all core functions and departments operate cohesively.
· Design, develop, and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, service quality, profitability, and scalability.
· Evaluate business performance through KPIs, data analytics, and reporting dashboards to inform decision-making and drive measurable results.
· Oversee financial and resource planning to ensure effective cost control, operational efficiency, and sustainable business growth.
· Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a high-performance culture across all departments.
· Identify operational risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure robust compliance and governance frameworks.
· Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to optimise service quality and cost-effectiveness.
· Deliver regular operational insights, reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to support business planning and growth initiatives.
· Champion innovation, process improvement, and the adoption of technology-driven solutions to enable the business to scale effectively.
Requirements
· Minimum 7 years’ experience in operations or general management, including at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
· Degree-educated, or with equivalent senior operational experience within the property, real estate, or related services sector, such as Financial or Technology , or Call centre .
· Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-departmental operational workflows.
· Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to balance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· Track record of designing and implementing scalable systems, processes, and performance frameworks that drive measurable growth.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
· High proficiency with CRM platforms, project management tools, and operational dashboards; experience integrating AI-driven or automation solutions is a plus.
· Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable leading through change in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
· Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, hands-on leadership style and a focus on delivery and results.
· Prior senior operational experience within the Property or Property Technology or Finance Technology sector is highly advantageous.
