Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) located in Dallas, TX. The CFO will oversee the company’s financial planning, monitor financial performance, manage the preparation of financial statements, and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include developing financial strategies, supervising financial reporting, analyzing financial data to support decision-making, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. The CFO will collaborate with senior leadership to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance, with a proven ability to develop and execute effective financial strategies
- Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work on-site in Dallas, TX and actively engage with team members
- Previous experience in healthcare finance or a related industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA is highly preferred
