The Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Business Operations Associate to help manage the day-to-day activities that keep our business running smoothly.
You’ll work closely with the core team to support operations, admin, and coordination tasks - ensuring things get done on time and to a high standard.
This is a great role for someone early in their career who’s organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how a business operates behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations Support
- Handle routine administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and document organization.
- Track and update internal spreadsheets, reports, and task lists.
- Coordinate between different teams or vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Help maintain and improve internal systems (Google Sheets, Notion, etc. if applicable).
2. Coordination & Communication
- Follow up with vendors, clients, and partners as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, or logistics for internal and external activities.
- Draft and send simple emails or updates on behalf of the team.
- Maintain clear communication channels to ensure tasks don’t fall through the cracks.
3. Task Execution & Follow-Ups
- Take ownership of small but important tasks that help projects move forward.
- Monitor deadlines, check in on progress, and flag delays or blockers.
- Support the leadership team in execution of day-to-day deliverables.
4. General Administrative Support
- Manage basic office or remote admin needs (file organization, basic bookkeeping assistance, etc.).
- Assist with documentation, invoices, and vendor payments when required.
- Help onboard new hires or interns with documentation and coordination.
5. Miscellaneous Support
- Pitch in wherever needed, whether that’s preparing reports, collecting data, or helping organize an event or campaign.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- 0–2 years of work experience (freshers welcome if proactive and quick learners).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable using basic tools like Google Sheets, Docs, and email.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Positive, can-do attitude — willing to take on varied tasks and learn as you go.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
