We've partnered with an advertising company with over 3,000 static billboards and 300+ digital displays across 10 states. They're on a mission to modernize outdoor advertising through innovation, strategic partnerships, and high-quality service.
They're seeking a dynamic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead all revenue-generating functions across the organization. This executive role will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing revenue streams, and aligning sales, marketing, and customer success strategies to achieve aggressive business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record of scaling revenue in high-growth companies, preferably in media, advertising, or professional services.
- 5+ years of experience in managing sales managers + running the sales org
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
- Strong sales leadership background in a transactional selling process
- Experience with strong KPI's and metrics
- Must live in the Southeast (Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina, Tennessee)
