Position Objective
Keynes Digital is a pioneer in the Connected TV (CTV) advertising space, helping brands connect with engaged streaming audiences across premium content. We are looking for a highly analytical and process-driven Sales Operations Analyst/Manager to join our sales team and drive efficiency and performance across our revenue-generating functions.
This role will be critical in optimizing & enhancing sales productivity and providing deal transparency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Data Management & HubSpot CRM Administration
HubSpot CRM Expertise: Own the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of the HubSpot CRM system to support the unique requirements of a digital advertising sales team (e.g., managing accounts, opportunities, and custom objects related to accounts, contacts, tasks, deals, etc).
Data Integrity: Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy and consistency of sales metrics and pipeline data.
Sales Technology Stack: Manage, evaluate, and implement sales tools and technologies (e.g., outreach tools).
Analytics, Reporting & Forecasting
Performance Metrics: Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports using HubSpot to track key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the sales team’s efforts in the CTV industry (e.g., utilization, win rates, close rates, and quarterly revenue attainment).
Forecasting: Lead the weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasting process, providing accurate and insightful projections to senior leadership.
Strategic Insights: Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, highlight areas of risk or opportunity, and provide actionable recommendations to sales leadership to improve efficiency and drive revenue growth.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a highly analytical role.
- 3+ years of direct experience supporting an Advertising/Media Sales Team (Digital, AdTech, or specifically CTV/Programmatic is highly preferred).
- Expert-level proficiency in CRM administration (preferably HubSpot), including report generation, dashboard creation, and custom object management.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with a data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Demonstrated understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
