The Opportunity:
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will own the company’s revenue strategy and execution across Europe. This is a hands-on, commercially-focused role responsible for driving new business, expanding existing client relationships, and positioning the company as the market leader in fraud prevention for the fintech and payments space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall revenue and commercial strategy.
- Drive new business and expand existing client relationships across fintech and payments.
- Lead and scale a high-performing commercial team.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to ensure solutions meet market needs.
- Identify and capitalize on strategic growth opportunities across Europe.
- Represent the company with key clients, partners, and at industry events.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a senior commercial role (CRO, VP Commercial, or equivalent) in fintech, payments with fraud prevention experience.
- Strong track record of revenue growth and client acquisition in the European market.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Deep understanding of the fintech and payments ecosystem.
- Commercially driven, with a focus on results and growth.
