We are partnered with a leading Mid Market fund to find an Interim CRO for one of their portfolio businesses to stabilise, optimise, and accelerate our revenue engine during a critical period of transition. This role requires a commercially astute leader who can quickly diagnose challenges, align teams, and deliver measurable results.
Please note you will need to be able to start in January.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full revenue strategy across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success
- Assess current go-to-market performance and implement rapid improvements
- Build a data-driven forecasting and reporting framework
- Strengthen pipeline generation and improve conversion across the revenue funnel
- Optimise team structure, processes, and performance management
- Lead, coach, and motivate revenue teams through change
- Collaborate with Product and Finance to align pricing, packaging, and revenue goals
- Deliver clear recommendations to the executive team and board
About You
- Proven experience as a CRO or senior commercial leader in a Private Equity backed business
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth in B2B environments
- Expertise in building high-performance, metrics-driven revenue organisations
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and change-heavy environments
- Available immediately and ready to create impact from day one
