About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised Sales Operations Coordinator to keep our sales engine running seamlessly. In this role, you’ll manage data, support day-to-day execution, and act as the link between teams so every opportunity progresses smoothly from initial lead to final handover.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update CRM records to ensure clean, accurate data
- Prepare proposals, documents and sales materials
- Oversee meeting scheduling, coordination and follow-ups
- Improve workflow between sales, marketing and other internal teams
- Assist with tracking performance metrics and generating insights
What You Bring
- Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree in Business, Administration or similar
- Strong organisation and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and a solutions-driven approach
- Comfortable working with numbers, systems and digital tools (Excel, CRM)
- Prior experience in admin, coordination or project support is a plus
