Good Morning Services inc are a fast-growing brand that has entered the US Sweepstakes market and is now expanding operations by establishing a dedicated finance team in Miami. The company is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead this next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to define and execute the company’s strategic growth plan.
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning to support business goals.
- Provide financial insights and modeling to inform pricing, promotions, and user acquisition strategies.
- Evaluate potential partnerships, M&A opportunities, and capital investments.
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, reporting, treasury, and tax.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation to support rapid growth.
- Develop financial systems and processes that scale with the company’s growth trajectory.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and board reporting packages.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state sweepstakes, gaming, AML, and data privacy regulations.
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to maintain robust internal controls.
- Oversee payment processing, chargeback management, and fraud prevention programs.
- Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and innovation.
- Mentor and develop finance professionals to support company scaling and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and external stakeholders.
- Lead fundraising efforts (debt and equity) as needed to fuel expansion.
- Communicate the company’s financial performance and vision to the Board of Directors and investors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a C-level or VP Finance role.
- Has experience in working across multi-territory corporate structures with holding companies located in EU/UK Jurisdictions.
- Demonstrates expertise in structuring and implementing efficient cross-border fund-flow strategies, including transfer pricing, intercompany revenue-share frameworks, and dividend distribution models to support the company’s international operations.
- Strong background in digital gaming, fintech, entertainment, or other regulated industries.
- Deep understanding of U.S. sweepstakes and promotional gaming compliance frameworks.
- Experience with SaaS or platform-based business models and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with investor fundraising and managing relationships with private equity or venture capital firms.
- Knowledge of online payments, fraud prevention, and customer lifetime value modeling.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
