Why This Role Matters
This is not a narrow sales or a marketing role.
This is a full-stack growth seat working directly with the founders and core team, shaping RISA’s brand, pipeline, category narrative, and market impact.
You’ll be the force that takes RISA to cancer centers across the U.S., puts us on the biggest stages, and makes us the company everyone watches.
What You’ll Own (Any or more of the following)
Your day-to-day will evolve quickly, but here are the core areas you may work in:
1. Build Predictable Lead Generation
- Establish repeatable inbound and outbound growth channels
- Experiment with email, LinkedIn, events, content, communities, and new scrappy tactics
- Build systems so that pipeline never dries up
2. Drive Conferences & Events
- Plan, coordinate, and execute U.S. conferences (sponsored + hosted)
- Ensure every event has pre-booked meetings with the right decision-makers
- Represent RISA on-ground with presence, clarity, and conviction
3. Become a Trusted Seller
- Join sales calls and deliver a compelling pitch on how RISA drives real ROI
- Understand the psychology of customers, budgets, power centers, and influence
- Help sales team close key accounts through insight, preparation, and energy
4. Build a Leak-Proof Follow-Up Engine
- No lead left behind
- No conversations lost
- No momentum wasted
- You’ll design follow-up systems and automations that keep prospects moving
5. Own Product Storytelling & Demo Prototyping
- Craft strong value props and product narratives
- Build demo prototypes, product visualization decks, and storytelling flows
- Communicate our platform in a way that is impossible to ignore
6. Become a Public Face for RISA (If You’re a Showman)
- If you’re comfortable on stage, we will put you there
- If you can command a room, we will give you rooms to command
- If you can inspire confidence, you will represent RISA at our biggest forums
