About the Role
Director of Revenue Operations (RevOps) | Global Business Intelligence | London (Hybrid)
The Opportunity: We are exclusively representing a global, subscriber-focused business intelligence leader currently scaling their operations across EMEA, USA, and APAC. This is a Director level leadership role designed for a heavy-hitter who thrives at the intersection of sales strategy, marketing automation, and customer success. You won’t just be "managing a CRM." You will be the architect of the entire revenue lifecycle for a business that already commands significant market authority in high-growth investment sectors. Ideally you'll come from a large organisation from $150m-$1b+ in revenues.
The Role
- Lead the Strategy: Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute revenue growth strategies across the end-to-end lifecycle.
- Align the Engines: Ensure seamless collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Engagement to optimize lead generation and pipeline velocity.
- Own the Data: Build and maintain advanced forecasting models and KPIs (CAC, LTV, NRR, Churn) to provide the "source of truth" for the executive team.
- Modernize the Stack: Manage and optimize the CRM (MS Dynamics/Salesforce) and marketing automation tools to ensure a frictionless "lead-to-cash" process.
- Develop Talent: Mentor and grow a cross-functional team of analysts and system administrators.
Who You Are
- The Architect: You have 8+ years of experience in RevOps or Sales Ops, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or subscription environment.
- The Scaler: You have a proven track record of supporting growth in businesses with $100M+ in revenue.
- The Tech Expert: Deep fluency in CRM platforms (MS Dynamics) and marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo).
- The Commercial Mind: You have sharp judgment regarding discounting, renewals, and packaging levers.
- The Change Agent: You are comfortable leading through change in fast-paced environments.
Why Join This Team?
- Global Impact: Influence a 500-person global team spanning major hubs like New York, London, Tokyo, and Singapore.
- Modern Flexibility: A hybrid model requiring 3 days per week in their central London office, offering the perfect balance of collaboration and autonomy.
- Inclusive Culture: A firm that genuinely values diversity and supports career returners and flexible working arrangements.
- Stability & Growth: A permanent, full-time role in a resilient, data-driven industry.
