Title : Sales Operations Analyst II
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite 3 days/week)

Role Summary
- The Sales Operations Analyst II supports the Sales Strategy team by managing vendor relationships, reviewing contracts, and driving operational efficiency.
- This role focuses on process management, budgeting, and reporting while helping scale key programs that track spending, reimbursements, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain clear communication across business units and project teams.
- Manage project data, documentation, and business metrics.
- Review contracts, proposals, and supporting documents.
- Build and maintain project/work breakdown structures.
- Document and improve business processes.
- Track budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial accuracy.
Required Skills
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently with strong time management.
- Experience interpreting contracts.
- Knowledge of business operations, budgeting, and basic accounting.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in commercial deal management or deal desk.
- Salesforce familiarity.
- Experience in enterprise or large-scale environments.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in sales strategy, operations, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or similar.
