Summary:
The main function of a sales operation’s analyst is to maintain vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for non-IT projects within the Sales Strategy team. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, reviewing contracts, deadlines, metrics and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization.
- Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.
- Review contracts, cost proposals and contract supplements.
- Set up project and work breakdown structures.
- Establish and document business processes.
- Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets.
Skills:- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
- Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Education/Experience:- 2-4 years of sales strategy experience, working on end-to-end processes under this role and having contract review experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business management/business admin relevant field required.
Must Have Skills:- Excel experience a must
- Strong presentation skills, presenting data to others in a comprehensive manner
- Strong communication and collaboration
- Reviewing contracts
Nice to have Skills:- Commercial deal management or deal desk experience
- Salesforce experience is a plus
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $45.00 - $50.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
