Job Responsibilities
- Lead the IPO readiness and execution process, coordinating with Merchant Bankers, SEBI, Auditors, Legal Advisors, and ROC.
- Prepare and review DRHP/RHP, restated financials, and ensure compliance with SEBI LODR.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategy.
- Ensure accurate financial statements as per Ind AS and oversee statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance systems.
- Handle treasury, working capital, banking limits, and cash-flow management.
- Build and lead Finance, Accounts, Compliance, and MIS teams.
- Present financial MIS, KPIs, and performance reports to CEO/Board.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, PF/ESI, and all statutory regulations.
Required Experience
- 12–20 years overall finance experience.
- Minimum 5–7 years in a senior finance leadership role (Head of Finance/GM Finance/CFO).
- Experience in IPO/Capital Markets is highly preferred.
- Strong exposure to Ind AS reporting, audits, budgeting, MIS, and banking.
