Position Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, analytically strong CFO based in India to lead all financial operations.
This role requires both strategic leadership + deep execution in financial planning, profitability optimization, reporting, and cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy with the CEO
- Manage forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
- Own monthly/quarterly financial reporting
- Improve profitability & margins across service lines
- Oversee cash flow, treasury, invoicing & collections
- Implement/upgrade financial systems (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
- Ensure U.S. tax, legal & compliance coordination
- Partner with department heads to drive operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 8–15 years of finance experience (Digital Agency / SaaS / Recurring-revenue background preferred)
- Strong in FP&A, forecasting, KPI modeling & profitability analysis
- Experience working with U.S. leadership
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-data environment
Preferred:
- Experience building finance teams from early stage → growth stage
- Understanding of marketing metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV, Utilization)
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP
