Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Technology Services & Global Solutions
Role Overview
The Chief Financial Officer will be a core member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s financial strategy during a phase of accelerated domestic and global growth. This role requires a strategic finance leader with strong exposure to capital markets, institutional funding, and complex multi-country financial operations. The CFO will ensure financial discipline, enable informed decision-making, and support long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall financial strategy aligned with business objectives and expansion plans
- Lead capital-raising initiatives including PE, VC, institutional funding, and IPO preparedness
- Represent the organization with banks, financial institutions, investors, and global stakeholders
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- Drive cash flow management, working capital optimization, and treasury operations
- Design and manage capital structure, debt financing, and foreign exchange exposure
- Ensure compliance with Indian and international accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through robust controls and governance frameworks
- Evaluate investments, mergers, and strategic opportunities through detailed financial analysis
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team
- Work closely with the Board, auditors, legal advisors, and external partners
- Willingness to travel across India and internationally as required
Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Accountant or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience
- Strong background in bank financing, debt raising, and multi-country funding
- Exposure to Indian capital markets (BSE, NSE)
- Proven expertise in financial strategy, compliance, investor relations, and treasury management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking capabilities
Target Candidate Background
Candidates must be from Market Research, IT/Technology Services, NBFCs, Big 4 firms, or similar growth-oriented industries with exposure to complex financial structures and global operations.
