Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) located in Noida. The CSO will oversee all sales-related operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and lead the sales team to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, managing sales operations and teams, and providing strategic guidance and leadership to optimize performance and revenue. The CSO will also collaborate with other departments to align sales initiatives with the company's overall objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales Management
- Strong background in Training and Team Management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and execute detailed sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in publishing or media industries is an advantage
