We are seeking an experienced Interim Chief Revenue Officer to lead revenue strategy and execution during a critical growth and transformation phase. This role will focus on aligning sales, marketing, and customer success to accelerate ARR growth and optimize commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a go-to-market strategy that drives predictable revenue growth.
- Oversee sales leadership, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
- Implement pricing and packaging strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Drive alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success for a unified revenue engine.
- Introduce data-driven performance metrics and dashboards for real-time insights.
- Support fundraising or exit readiness through robust revenue planning and reporting.
About You
- Proven track record as a CRO or senior commercial leader in SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
- Experience in a PE backed organisation
- Expertise in scaling ARR, optimizing churn, and improving upsell/cross-sell strategies.
- Strong understanding of pricing models, GTM frameworks, and revenue operations.
- Ability to lead transformation and embed best practices in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
