Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer, based in Mumbai. The CFO will lead financial planning and strategy, oversee financial reporting and compliance, and manage the company’s financial operations. Core responsibilities include preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and providing insights to support key business decisions. The CFO will also play a vital part in shaping the company’s financial growth strategy and maintaining robust financial health.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning, Financial Statements, and overall Finance-related processes
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret financial data for strategic decision-making
- Experience in Financial Reporting and ensuring adherence to financial compliance standards
- Proven leadership experience in managing financial operations and teams
- Advanced knowledge of corporate finance principles and practices
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a relevant field; a CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders
- Experience in financial management within the retail or financial services sector is a plus
