Summary: As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in building a world-class finance team that will support our vision of scaling our business and providing exceptional care to our users and partners. As a proven leader with deep FP&A experience, you will partner directly with our CEO and oversee all aspects of the company's finances, including reporting and accounting. You will be responsible for managing our people, systems, and strategies, ensuring that they are aligned with our goals and critical to our success. Responsibilities:
• Strong background in financial management and accounting, with a demonstrated track record of success in preparing and analyzing GAAP financial statements.
• Proficient in leveraging technology to optimize financial processes and reporting, including managing and integrating multiple ERP, GL, operational, forecasting, BI, and management systems.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, high-responsibility roles, managing tight deadlines, making critical financial decisions, and handling complex financial scenarios with professionalism and composure.
• Ability to handle diverse workloads and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with the company's Board of Directors, stakeholders, and employees.
