About the Role
As a Business Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations for both our digital platform and on-ground event partnerships. From coordinating with event organizers and managing race listings to ensuring a seamless participant journey, you’ll help shape how thousands of athletes experience Race Above.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Operations & Coordination
- Onboard endurance events (runs, triathlons, obstacle races) onto the Race Above platform.
- Coordinate with event organizers for ticketing setup, payment reconciliation, and data accuracy.
- Monitor live event listings, ensure smooth registration flow, and resolve participant queries.
Event Partner & Brand Management
- Collaborate with event partners and sponsors for platform integrations, branding visibility, and cross-promotions.
- Support partner activations and manage on-ground touchpoints during Race Above–supported events.
- Maintain long-term relationships with event organizers and brand partners.
Participant Experience
- Oversee participant data management, communications, and customer service touchpoints.
- Ensure a seamless user experience from ticket booking to race-day participation.
- Work with tech and marketing teams to enhance participant engagement on the app.
Reporting & Operations Excellence
- Track KPIs like registrations, engagement metrics, and operational efficiency.
- Manage budgets, vendor coordination, and reporting for key partnerships.
- Identify and implement process improvements for scalability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, or Event Operations.
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, event management, or platform coordination.
- Prior experience in the sports, fitness, or startup ecosystem preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
