Role Overview
To drive strategic and operational excellence across Bondada Group’s business verticals by ensuring effective project planning, timely execution, performance tracking, and business problem-solving.
The role will act as a key bridge between business verticals and corporate leadership, ensuring alignment of business performance with the organization’s strategic goals.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Business Alignment
- Support the CEO and Business Heads in translating organizational goals into actionable operational strategies across Renewable Energy, Telecom, and other business units
- Evaluate ongoing business initiatives to ensure alignment with growth objectives and profitability targets
- Identify new business opportunities, assess feasibility, and support decision-making with data-driven insights
- Project Planning & Execution Tracking
- Develop comprehensive project plans with defined milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Track project progress against timelines and budgets, highlighting risks or delays proactively
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence and escalate critical issues with corrective actions
- Maintain project dashboards for real-time tracking and reporting
- Operational & Financial Performance Analysis
- Analyze operational performance across business verticals (productivity, cost efficiency, timelines)
- Evaluate financial metrics such as budget utilization, margins, revenue realization, and cash flow
- Collaborate with Finance and Business Heads to recommend corrective and preventive measures
- Business Problem Solving & Process Optimization
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and system gaps affecting performance
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions
- Propose process improvements and SOPs to enhance governance and execution efficiency
- Performance Monitoring & KPI Tracking
- Track KPIs of business and functional heads to ensure accountability
- Provide performance insights and reviews to the CEO
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and transparency in KPI reporting
- Leadership Reporting & Strategic Communication
- Prepare executive reports and presentations on business performance and strategic insights
- Ensure effective communication between corporate office, business heads, and project teams
- Compile and review project and business updates for management review meetings
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / PGDM (Operations / Strategy / Finance) or equivalent
- 8–10 years of experience in strategy, business operations, or project management
- Experience in infrastructure / renewable / telecom sectors preferred
- Fluent in Telugu, English, and Hindi
