Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute GTM plans aligned with acquisition and retention targets.
• Partner with product, marketing, risk, compliance, and sales teams for successful launches.
• Create integrated GTM strategies for new propositions and market activations.
• Design targeted messaging and communication plans for merchant education.
• Manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Bring
• 6–8 years’ GTM experience in payments or merchant ecosystems.
• Proven success in GTM campaigns and sales mobilisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience in customer communications and marketing collateral.
• Ability to deliver under pressure with high attention to detail.
• Exposure to fintech, ecommerce, and product launches.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
