Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Atlanta, GA with occasional opportunities for remote work. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee the company’s daily operations, align business activities with strategic goals, and optimize organizational accounting efficiency. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing operational plans, managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration for long-term growth. The CFO will also lead initiatives to enhance client services and ensure a high standard of excellence across all managed properties.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Planning and developing operational strategies for growth
- Proficiency in Operations Management, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness
- Advanced Analytical Skills for decision-making and problem-solving
- Comprehensive understanding of Finance and Budgeting to manage resources effectively
- Strong leadership, high EQ and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Experience in property management or real estate sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; and CPA
