What’s the role?
As Chief Financial Officer you are responsible for providing financial leadership and strategic thought to achieve the long-term vision of the organization. Key components of the role are focused on growing the business through the deployment of capital, liquidity and financial stewardship through budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. As a key member of the Executive team, this position is responsible for collaborating with other Executives across the organization to advance the long-term vision, while also playing a vital role with the Board and supporting overall governance activities. Additionally, the CFO leads the Business Intelligence (BI) strategy, ensuring robust data and advanced analytics for actionable insights.
Functional areas of oversight include treasury management, financial systems, corporate finance initiatives, procurement, business intelligence and administrative supervision of internal audit to maintain integrity and compliance across all financial operations.
Your high-level duties will include and are not limited to:
Financial Strategy & Treasury Leadership- ensures that the Organization’s financial position produces superior results while mitigating and managing key risk areas including Asset/Liability Management (ALM), Capital Adequacy, Liquidity, Financial Margin, and fixed operating costs.
- Directs treasury operations, including investment strategies, securitization, and external funding facilities, to support growth and mitigate financial risk.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and implements strategic tax planning to maximize efficiency and minimize exposure across all affiliated entities.
- Approves capital allocation decisions and oversees funding strategies that align with organizational priorities and growth objectives.
- Monitors market conditions and competitive trends to proactively adjust treasury and capital strategies for sustained performance.
Financial Reporting & Audit Compliance-oversees the preparation and delivery of accurate, timely financial statements and regulatory reports to meet governance and compliance requirements.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)-drives the budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles to align financial performance with strategic objectives.
Business Intelligence (BI) & Corporate Finance-provides leadership to the development of the Organization’s BI strategy, ensuring data integrity, advanced analytics, and reporting capabilities that inform strategic decisions.
Procurement Management-directs procurement strategies and processes to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational priorities.
What are we looking for?
- Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related discipline requiring a minimum of 4 years.
- Advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in a senior leadership role with a specialty in financial reporting, risk management, treasury, procurement, internal and external audit functions.
- Minimum fifteen (15) years of progressive experience managing in a financial services environment, successfully developing and leading people and executing business objectives.
- Proven ability to lead complex business environments, develop high-performing teams, and drive organizational strategy.

Career Band Range (Annual Salary) - $206,000.00 to $257,500.00
The posted salary range is designed to reflect a broad career band, encompassing a variety of roles within our organization and serves as a general guideline. Your final compensation will be tailored to your unique skills, experience, and the responsibilities of the role.
