Job Description: GTM Support Executive

Role OverviewKarbonWise is looking for a high-energy, highly dependable GTM Support Executive to support our go-to-market, sales, and growth teams.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who is eager to learn, takes ownership, and is willing to do what it takes to support revenue growth. You will be involved in a wide range of backend and operational activities - from research and data prep to content support and analytics - that enable our GTM and sales teams to perform at their best.
We care more about attitude, discipline, and reliability than prior experience.
What You Will Do
GTM & Sales Support
- Build and maintain lists of target companies and contacts
- Identify and validate email addresses and decision-makers
- Support outbound and inbound GTM efforts with backend preparation
- Help sales teams with account research and meeting prep
- Keep CRM and lead data clean and updated
Research
- Conduct basic research on companies, industries, competitors, and regulations
- Support proposals, pitches, and GTM initiatives with research inputs
- Compile information into clean, usable internal documents
Content & Enablement Support
- Create and update content (presentations, one-pagers, trackers, internal docs)
- Support case studies, credentials decks, and sales collateral
- Organise shared folders, documents, and internal knowledge resources
Analytics & Reporting
- Track basic GTM and sales metrics (leads, outreach, follow-ups)
- Support simple reporting and dashboards
- Help identify gaps or follow-ups needed for sales execution
General Support
- Provide day-to-day operational support to GTM and sales teams
- Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks required to move deals and GTM efforts forward
- Be reliable, responsive, and proactive in supporting the team
