Your New Role
This role will be responsible for setting and executing the financial strategy across ANZ. You will lead a small finance team overseeing consolidated financial reporting in a multi country environment, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, tax and statutory compliance, The position will partner closely with the CEO, providing strategic insight to drive manufacturing accounting, capital efficiency, and cost optimisation. You will play a pivotal role in finance transformation and system implementation initiatives while maintaining reporting requirements to the overseas H/O.
What You Need to Succeed
The ideal candidate will be a 2nd move CFO/ Finance Director or an aspirational Financial Controller with CA/CPA qualifications. You will be a confident adviser to the CEO, capable of translating financial insight into clear strategic recommendations and leading a small team through growth and system transformation.
