Your New Role
As a member of the executive leadership team, the position will partner closely with the CEO, providing strategic insight to drive efficiencies in the business and support growth opportunities. The CFO will strengthen finance capability with operational business unit heads and corporate stakeholders to challenge assumptions, influence decisions and make recommendations for efficiency improvements to cost optimisation. You will play a pivotal role in cultural and finance transformation initiatives as the business continues to corporatise its operations. Improving capital management and strengthening risk management are key objectives for the role to be focused on.
What You Need to Succeed
Ideally candidates should have been responsible for providing BU leadership teams with visibility of financial performance, including key trends, detailed cost and margin analysis and projections from a contract manufacturing or food import environment. Significant experience in technical accounting, statutory reporting and tax will be highly regarded.
