Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Role Overview
A fast-growing manufacturer of premium stainless-steel drinkware, serving leading consumer brands (OEM / private label) as well as its own branded portfolio across domestic and international markets, is looking to appoint a hands-on CFO.
The role will focus on strengthening manufacturing finance, financial processes, internal controls, and governance, and will closely partner with the CEO and Board to support the next phase of scale.
Key Responsibilities1. Processes, Controls & Governance
- Build and institutionalize robust financial processes, SOPs, and internal controls aligned to a scaled manufacturing setup
- Ensure high standards of financial discipline, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and regulatory filings
2. Financial Reporting & MIS
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Develop MIS dashboards covering profitability, manufacturing costs, working capital, capex, and cash flows
- Provide actionable financial insights to the CEO and leadership team
3. Manufacturing & Operational Finance
- Lead end-to-end finance for manufacturing operations including:
- Product costing and margin analysis
- Inventory control and working capital management
- Establish standard costing systems and drive variance analysis
- Track capex utilization and conduct ROI analysis
- Partner with plant and operations teams to improve cost efficiency, yields, and profitability
4. Listed Company Compliance & Investor Interface
- Oversee ongoing listed-company compliances, periodic disclosures, and regulatory reporting
- Support structured communication with investors, analysts, and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance
5. Taxation & Treasury
- Oversee direct and indirect taxation, ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Manage treasury operations, banking relationships, and fund flows
- Drive effective management of receivables, payables, and inventory cycles
6. Business Partnership
- Act as a strategic finance partner to the CEO on:
- Budgeting and strategic planning
- Growth and expansion initiatives
- Support commercial decision-making across:
- Pricing
- Customer profitability
- New projects and capacity expansion
Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 12–15 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong track record in process building, internal controls, and audit management
- Prior experience working in a listed company is mandatory
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a promoter-led, fast-growth environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹3,600,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
