A leading and reputed organization is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy, governance, and business growth initiatives.
This is a high-impact leadership role with complete ownership of finance, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and governance
• Manage end-to-end P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and audit requirements
• Drive cost optimization, profitability, and financial efficiency
• Oversee cash flow, fundraising, and investor relations
• Partner with leadership for business expansion and strategic initiatives
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and stakeholders
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team
Candidate Profile
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role (CFO/Finance Head)
• Strong expertise in financial planning, taxation, compliance, and governance
• Experience in handling large-scale business operations and P&L
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Preferred background from real estate / infrastructure / large corporates
Compensation
