Role ObjectiveWe are looking for a high-impact CFO who can lead fundraising end-to-end — from strategy to closing deals. We need someone who knows how to raise capital, from whom, and how to win investor confidence.
What We’re BuildingWe are building a full-stack fashion and distribution ecosystem:
- QUDE → B2B platform connecting manufacturers to retailers at scale
- TYRON → Men’s wear brand (D2C + retail expansion)
- DEERPATCH → New-age apparel/lifestyle brand
Massive, fragmented market. Clear execution edge: supply + distribution + speed.
The MandateWe’re looking for a CFO who can own capital, not just manage it.
You will:
- Define and execute fundraising strategy (Seed → Series A → Scale)
- Open doors to top-tier VCs, family offices, and strategic investors
- Craft a compelling investor narrative that drives valuation
- Lead end-to-end fundraising cycles — from outreach to closing
- Build institutional-grade financial models & metrics
- Partner with founders on scale decisions, expansion, and capital allocation
What Makes You a Fit- You’ve raised institutional capital (not just participated — led it)
- You have active VC / investor relationships
- You know how to position, pitch, and close
- You think like an operator, not just a finance controller
- Background in consumer, marketplace, or B2B commerce startups preferred
