About the Role
We are partnering with a leading consumer tech company to hire a Vice President – Business Operations. This is a critical leadership role responsible for building scalable operations, driving business performance, and enabling cross-functional execution to support rapid growth. The ideal candidate combines strong operational rigor with strategic problem-solving and a deep understanding of consumer-focused businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end business operations, ensuring efficiency, process excellence, and business continuity across functions.
- Translate business goals into operating plans, roadmaps, and measurable execution frameworks.
- Drive KPIs, operational governance, cadence reviews, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms across teams.
- Partner with Product, Growth, CX, Sales, Finance, and Tech to improve workflows, unit economics, SLAs, and business outcomes.
- Lead process design, optimization, automation, and scale initiatives to support growth.
- Build and mentor a high-performing operations team.
- Identify operational risks and create proactive mitigation frameworks.
- Champion data-driven decision-making, leveraging insights to recommend business improvements.
- Support CX improvement, service delivery, and post-purchase experience programs.
- Drive operational readiness for new launches, products, and markets.
What We’re Looking For
- 12–18 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Program Management, or similar roles preferably in Consumer Tech / Ecommerce / Internet businesses/ Financial Services.
- Proven experience scaling high-growth, high-volume consumer businesses.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and structured thinking skills.
- Experience working closely with Product & Tech teams.
- Demonstrated success in building dashboards, KPI frameworks, and governance processes.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
