Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end candidate journey: inquiry → qualification → counselling → enrollment → onboarding
- Understand our programs (Cybersecurity, AI, EdTech platforms) and position them correctly to the right audience
- Ask the right questions to qualify candidates (not just explain fees)
- Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and drop-offs systematically
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and training teams
- Improve counselling scripts, processes, and conversion logic
- Take responsibility for numbers, quality, and outcomes
What We’re Looking For (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- 1–5 years of experience in EdTech, SaaS sales, consulting, or program operations
- Strong business and ownership mindset
- Ability to work in a startup environment (ambiguity, speed, responsibility)
- Process-oriented: can track, improve, and optimize workflows
- Comfortable with accountability (numbers, follow-ups, outcomes)
- Good communication + logical thinking (not just fluent English)
