Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Lead the development of financial and tax strategies. Provide executive-level advice on business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and policy.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and issuance of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Capital Management: Manage the company’s capital structure, including debt financing, equity raises, and investor relations.
- Risk Management: Monitor and manage the company’s risk profile, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Operations: Oversee the accounting, human resources, and legal departments to ensure cohesive operational efficiency.
- Advisory: Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and Board on mergers, acquisitions, and major investment decisions.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: A minimum of 5 to 6 years of direct experience as a CFO.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MBA.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of financial modeling, data analysis, and advanced proficiency with ERP software .
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing finance teams.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Language Proficiency: Malayalam: Must be able to speak, read, and write fluently.
