We’re hiring a GTM Engineer, a pivotal role within our Go-to-Market organisation, responsible for designing, automating, and optimising the systems that fuel revenue across the entire customer journey.
This role blends 70% technical execution with 30% commercial strategy, making it ideal for candidates who come from RevOps, growth, demand generation, or software development backgrounds.
You will report directly to the Director of GTM Engineering, and work closely with our other GTM engineers as well cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product - and especially our BDR leadership, empowering the whole organisation with better systems, workflows, enablement, and insight.
A core part of this role is leveraging AI everywhere, not as a side tool, but as a first-class capability. You’ll use AI models, automations, and agents to help every function move faster and operate smarter. From accelerating campaign buildout, to automating enrichment, to generating insights, to assisting sales and marketing with repeatable, scalable AI-driven motions, you will champion a culture where AI amplifies human performance across the business.
You will also be responsible for constantly scanning the entire funnel to uncover marginal gains, the small but powerful improvements that compound into significant revenue impact. This includes finding major opportunities for AI-driven efficiencies and accelerations.
Ultimately, we want you to help us develop our GTM Alpha: the proprietary signals, triggers, plays, and AI-powered systems uniquely effective for Gravitee and our market, creating a durable competitive edge that others can’t easily replicate.
Architect and Evolve Gravitee’s GTM Engine: Design, build, and optimise the systems, automations, and workflows that power our entire customer journey from first touch to expansion. You’ll combine technical engineering with deep GTM understanding to push our revenue engine forward.
Build and Maintain Gravitee’s GTM Data Architecture: Own the structure, flow, and cleanliness of our GTM data layer. Ensure data across all systems is accurate, enriched, unified, and fully AI-ready, enabling models to generate high-quality copy, insights, and reasoning without friction.
Create and Iterate High-Performance GTM Motions: Build sophisticated, signal-based inbound and outbound programs using data, enrichment, and automation. You’ll leverage tools such as: HubSpot, Clay, Smartlead, Heyreach, Salesfinity, Vayne, Vector, Trigify, Twain, n8n, Lovable, and a variety of AI models and LLMs to scale pipeline generation and increase relevance.
Leverage Clay as a Core GTM Engine: Use Clay daily for data scraping, enrichment, AI workflows, and campaign orchestration, maximising the ROI of our GTM investments and turning Clay into a central operating layer for outbound and growth.
Act as a Growth & Innovation Champion: Stay ahead of emerging tools, AI capabilities, and GTM strategies. Source, test, and operationalise new technologies that give Gravitee compounding advantages and drive adoption across the organisation.
High-growth experience in a SaaS or similarly fast-moving environment.
Expertise in Clay, using it for outbound initiation, enrichment, data hygiene, and automation.
Strong data proficiency, including analytics tools and the ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
Technical and AI fluency: comfortable integrating martech systems, using APIs, and applying prompt engineering and AI models. Experience with HubSpot, Clay, and outbound email infrastructure is essential.
Process optimisation skills, with the ability to streamline workflows and identify inefficiencies across go-to-market and revenue operations.
Strategic and creative thinking, with the ability to zoom out to a 30,000-foot view and dive deep into technical execution.
Excellent cross-department communication, ideally with experience collaborating across Sales, Product, and Marketing.
