This role requires an analytical, Salesforce-driven expert with strong experience analyzing data and applying predictive insights to support forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic decision-making.
Partnering closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Executive Management, this position transforms complex sales data into forward-looking insights. What you will be doing:
- Own Salesforce data integrity and quality across leads, accounts, opportunities, and activities.
- Perform day-to-day sales operations administration within Salesforce, including configuration support, field management, data hygiene, and periodic audits.
- Design, build, and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports for the CRO, CEO, Sales Leadership, and Finance.
- Lead the transition from Excel-based reporting to Salesforce, replacing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with scalable, automated reporting.
- Prepare and distribute weekly forecast views, including Monday forecast snapshots and week-over-week pipeline change analysis.
- Track and analyze pipeline movement, including slippage, risk, coverage, and upside.
- Support global sales calls and operating cadences with accurate, structured, and decision-ready data.
- Maintain sales process documentation, Salesforce usage standards, and reporting definitions to ensure consistency and adoption.
- Own Salesforce-related onboarding checklists, ensuring new hires are set up with the right access, processes, and reporting.
- Support Salesforce and Outreach activity tracking, reporting, and alignment with defined sales processes.
- Reconcile monthly bookings and revenue data between Salesforce and Finance systems.
- Proactively identify data inconsistencies and root causes, and drive fixes at the source.
- Eliminate shadow systems and offline tracking, reinforcing Salesforce as the authoritative system of record.
- Other duties as required
Education and Experience:
- University degree in business, analytics, information systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years in sales, sales development, sales operations, or revenue support.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working in Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, data management, and sales operations support.
- Experience carrying quota or supporting quota-carrying roles.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce reporting and administration experience.
- Clear understanding of pipeline stages, forecasting, and sales cadence.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and presenting data-driven insights
