Job Overview:
ARULA for Autism is a fast-growing, mission-driven organisation focused on delivering structured, evidence-informed autism intervention and parent-led therapy programs across India.
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager (RevOps) to own, operate, and scale ARULA’s revenue and enrolment engine nationwide. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for building systems, driving conversions, managing teams, and securing consistent monthly revenue.
The role requires strong analytical ability, operational discipline, and leadership skills, combined with comfort working in a high-trust, high-consideration healthcare-adjacent environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue & Funnel Ownership
- Own the complete revenue funnel: Lead generation → Initial Assessment (IA) → Enrolment
- Track, analyse, and improve conversion rates at every funnel stage
- Ensure consistent monthly revenue achievement through disciplined execution
2. CRM, Sales Operations & Automation
- Set up, manage, and maintain CRM systems (Zoho / HubSpot / Freshsales or similar)
- Ensure 100% lead capture, tagging, tracking, and follow-ups
- Implement automation workflows for lead nurturing, reminders, and re-engagement
- Monitor response times, follow-up SLAs, and pipeline hygiene
3. Lead Regeneration & Market Penetration
- Work on lead regeneration strategies for inactive or dropped leads
- Drive market penetration across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities in India
- Identify new geographic, demographic, and channel-based growth opportunities
4. Enrolments & Revenue Growth
- Increase IA booking rates, IA completion rates, and IA-to-enrolment conversion
- Discover and test new revenue drivers, pricing strategies, and sales motions
- Support leadership with data-backed insights for revenue planning
5. Team Management
- Build, manage, and train a team of junior sales / enrolment executives
- Allocate team capacity efficiently to maximise monthly revenue output
- Set targets, monitor performance, and drive accountability within the team
6. Reporting & Stakeholder Alignment
- Maintain regular revenue, funnel, and performance reports
- Provide clear visibility into pipeline health, bottlenecks, and opportunities
- Work closely with leadership, marketing, and enrolment teams
7. Required QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E / B.Tech) – Mandatory
- Followed by MBA or CFA
Experience:
- 4–5 years of relevant work experience in:
- Revenue Operations
- Sales Operations
- Growth Operations
- High-ticket / service-led sales environments
- Prior experience in ed-tech, healthcare services, counselling, or education-led organisations is preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales automation
- Ability to manage teams and drive performance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced startup environments
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting salary: ₹40,000 per month
- Commission on revenue secured
- Performance-based bonuses up to ₹10,00,000 per quarter
