Role Overview
We are looking for a highly execution oriented GTM & Revenue Operations Manager who will own go-to-market execution, AI-driven outbound workflows, demo scheduling, and revenue pipeline operations.
This person will design and operate AI-powered growth systems, run outbound and inbound motions, qualify leads, schedule demos for leadership, and continuously optimize conversion across the funnel.
This is a hands-on builder role. You will not just plan a strategy. You will implement it.
Key Responsibilities1) AI-Powered GTM Execution
- Build and operate AI-driven outbound systems using tools such as ChatGPT, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, n8n, Zapier, or similar
- Create ICPs, personas, value propositions, and messaging using AI assistance
- Launch and manage cold email, LinkedIn, and multi-channel campaigns
- Continuously test and improve subject lines, sequences, and CTAs
2) Lead Qualification & Demo Scheduling
- Monitor inbound and outbound leads
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria
- Book qualified demos directly onto leadership calendars
- Ensure no lead falls through the cracks
3) Sales Operations & CRM Ownership
- Maintain clean CRM data and pipeline stages
- Track lead status, source, and conversion
- Build simple dashboards for pipeline visibility
- Automate handoffs between marketing, sales, and delivery
4) AI Enablement for Sales
- Create AI prompts for email writing, proposal drafting, and follow-ups
- Build reusable AI workflows for sales enablement
- Train the internal team on using AI tools effectively
5) Growth Experiments
- Run weekly GTM experiments
- Identify what works and scale it
- Kill what does not perform
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS or services GTM
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience running outbound campaigns
- Comfortable with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Extremely organized
Nice to Have
- Experience in data analytics, Power BI, or construction tech
- Experience building sales playbooks
- Understanding of funnels, conversion rates, and pipeline math
