Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the company’s financial operations, planning, and risk management. The CFO will play a key leadership role in driving financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business growth through sound financial management and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
- Manage accounting operations, including ledgers, financial statements, and audits.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to the management team for decision-making.
- Oversee payroll, expense management, and internal financial controls.
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support business expansion, investments, and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- Professional qualification such as CA / CMA / CPA / ACCA preferred.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in finance, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, taxation, and compliance.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and strategic thinking ability.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
