We are looking for a highly proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations & Sales Enablement Executive to work closely with the Sales team in driving leads through the sales lifecycle—from opportunity identification to successful project handover.
This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Operations, Business Analysis, and Accounts, ensuring seamless coordination, structured documentation, and smooth execution post-deal closure. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable working across teams and client stakeholders.
Client Coordination & Deal Closure Support

Act as a coordination point between Onbyz and client Points of Contact (POCs) during the pre- and post-agreement phase

Support smooth onboarding of clients after deal closure

Ensure expectations, timelines, and deliverables are clearly communicated and aligned
Cross-Functional Handover & Collaboration

Coordinate with Operations, Business Analysts, and Accounts teams to ensure complete and accurate project handover

Share all relevant project details including scope, timelines, commercials, and client expectations

Ensure no information gaps during the transition from sales to execution
Sales Operations & Process Support

Maintain and update sales trackers, lead status, proposal pipelines, and documentation repositories

Support improvements in sales and handover processes

Assist leadership with reports, summaries, and operational insights related to sales activities

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Prior experience in IT/ITeS sales operations, business operations, project coordination, or client servicing

Familiarity with proposal drafting, contracts, or CRM tools ( Zoho CRM) is advantageous

High attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders

Proactive mindset with strong ownership and follow-through

Good understanding of sales processes, proposals, and client engagement

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
