Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Multi-Asset Family Office
Location: To be disclosed (ideally based in or willing to relocate to Central Europe)
Reporting to: CEO / Head of Family Office
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to establish and lead the finance function of a multi-asset family office.
Reporting directly to the CEO / Head of the Family Office, this is a foundational role with high trust and broad remit, covering consolidated reporting, financial controls, treasury and liquidity, investment operations, and finance systems across multiple jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate brings senior finance leadership experience from a family office, investment company, or PE/VC environment, with strong expertise in IFRS consolidation, multi-entity structures, treasury/FX, and investment operations. Familiarity with EU tax frameworks (ATAD, DAC6, BEPS) and common holding jurisdictions (e.g. Luxembourg, Netherlands) is expected.
This role suits a discreet, hands-on CFO with an owner mindset, comfortable building from scratch while implementing scalable, institutional-grade processes.
